Week 40 - Final 2 Days of the 2023-2024 School Year
Last night, Berkley Public Schools honored and celebrated our staff who are retiring this school year. This week, outgoing Student Council President Luke Gerraughty handed over the ceremonial key to the school (made by Ms. Aguiar) to incoming President Dominic Mele. Thank you to Mr. DeMello and Ms. Thorne for serving as Student Council Advisors this year.
Under the organization and guidance of Ms. Correia and Ms. Buron, these 4th-grade students presented the summer reading challenge to each class at BCS. Each student got to choose a book to take home to get them started on their summer reading challenge. #bcsgreatplacetobe #read

Today architects Taylor & Burns presented to gr. 3 & 4 & asked them to envision a new school. The students' suggestions & drawings will inform the School Building design. Students suggested bigger bathrooms, more accessible hallways & a built in slushy machine. #bcsgreatplacetobe
