Complete the Sumner Surround Care Request form (complete one form for each student) - Click Here

Pay the $20 non-refundable Summer Registration fee (not to exceed $40 per family. It includes the cost of Summer Surround Care t-shirt - Click Here

Complete the Summer Surround Care Permission Form for field trips, including weekly swimming at the RAC, movies, and bowling. There is no additional cost for field trips. All costs are covered in the weekly cost of Summer Surround Care-Click Here
